In Tazacorte besitze ich ein kleines Penthouse von 32 qm mit genauso großer Dachterrasse, das ich für 49,00 € die Nacht touristisch vermiete. Es liegt im zweiten Stock mit Sicht auf den Atlantik und traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Mit einer Wohnküche mit Bettsofa, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem Duschbad und zwei großen Terrassen bietet es die ideale Unterkunft für Urlauber, die gerne zu Fuß die Cafes, Bars und Restaurants erreichen wollen. Der Strand von Puerto Tazacorte ist mit dem Auto in ca 10 Minuten und zu Fuß in ca. einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Aber auch Busse fahren regelmäßig zum Puerto und wieder zurück. In Tazacorte I own a small penthouse of 32 square meters with an equally large roof terrace, which I rent out to tourists for € 49,00 a night. It is on the second floor with a view of the Atlantic and fantastic sunsets. With a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and two large terraces, it offers the ideal accommodation for holidaymakers who would like to reach the cafes, bars and restaurants on foot. The beach of Puerto Tazacorte can be reached by car in about 10 minutes and on foot in about half an hour. But buses also run regularly to Puerto and back. En Tazacorte tengo un pequeño ático de 32 metros cuadrados con una azotea igualmente grande, que alquilo a turistas por 49,00 € la noche. Está en el segundo piso con vista al Atlántico y fantásticos atardeceres. Con un salón-cocina con sofá cama, un dormitorio con cama doble, un baño con ducha y dos grandes terrazas, ofrece el alojamiento ideal para los turistas que quieran llegar a pie a las cafeterías, bares y restaurantes. A la playa de Puerto Tazacorte se puede llegar en coche en unos 10 minutos y a pie en una media hora aproximadamente. Pero los autobuses también circulan regularmente hacia Puerto y viceversa.
